included at no extra charge with every Essence
Reading and Tune-Up for people
and animals.
If you
do regular essence work at home and want to select a formula
for yourself, click on the Downloads page in the top menu and
check out the Dowsing, Muscle Testing and Getting Started pdfs.
You can download them for free.
If you
feel you don't quite need a Reading or Tune-Up right now or you're
not sure you want to try making a formula for yourself at home,
a Personal Essence Formula created by featherhawk
is an effective and inexpensive solution.
If you
have a long-standing issue, I recommend an Essence
Reading for more in-depth support, or consistent follow-up
with a monthly Tune-Up or Personal
Formula for 3 to 6 months to maintain and advance your healing.
