for further investigation. Here is a beginning, and you can expect
additions from time to time. I have a broad range of interests
that includes essences, holistic health for people and animals,
how the human mind and body work, sacred geometry, and much more.
Items
marked with a triple asterisk (***) are personal favorites that
I have read, in many cases more than once. The others are in
my library or on my list, waiting for that moment when there
is time to dive in. Some of these have been recommended by clients
or customers; some have made themselves known through the magic
of wandering the internet, seeking wisdom and information. They

Books
are broken into groups of fairly broad topics, and you can click
on one of the links immediately below this paragraph for the
beginning of each topic. Some are about how essences work, many
are references for the metaphysical properties of plants, gems
and animals (beyond the descriptions you will find on the essence
