If red shiso is not selected, alcohol will be sent. If you order a boxed set of essences, or if you order several essences at one time, they will come to you in an attractive storage box that keeps your essences standing upright. This keeps the rubber squeeze bulb on the dropper from coming into contact with the essence while it is being stored so it will not take on any rubber taste.
