Festival of Healing and Spiritual Awareness

In its third year, the Festival of Healing and Spiritual Awareness is sponsored by Virginia Gilpin of Healthy Lifestyles Wellness Center in Bardstown, Kentucky. The location has plenty of free parking and is easily accessible by interstate roads and major streets. (For directions, click here.)

How To Get There

Directions from Lexington, KY to Jideco of Bardstown
Take the Bluegrass Parkway (west) towards Elizabethtown. Take Exit #25 (Bardstown exit) and at the end of the ramp, turn right. This is highway 150. Go about 1/4 mile to the traffic light and turn right on Highway 245 (bypass). Stay on Highway 245 and you will cross over Highway 62 and then Highway 150. Keep going on 245 and you will see a shopping center with a Wal-Mart on the right. Continue to drive straight, going through one traffic light, then you see the Chevrolet dealership on the right. Turn right just past the dealership onto Kelly Drive. Go to the end of Kelly Drive and turn left onto Withrow Ct. Turn left into the second building (blue trim) on the left.

Directions from Louisville, KY and Southern Indiana to Jideco of Bardstown, Inc.
Via I-65
Take I-65 South to Exit 112 (Bardstown/Clermont Exit). At the end of the exit ramp turn left (this is highway 245). Travel approximately 15 miles on highway 245. When you come into Bardstown, you will go through two traffic lights and then cross over a set of railroad tracks. There will be a Chevrolet Dealership on the left. Turn left just before the dealership on Kelly Drive. Go to the end of Kelly Drive and turn left onto Withrow Ct. Turn left into the second building (blue trim) on the left.

Alternate Route via 31E/Bardstown Rd.
From the Gene Snyder Freeway, travel approximately 25 miles.
Coming into Bardstown, you will pass two yellow caution lights at Nazareth, home of the Sisters of Charity. Continue on about 2 miles to the first traffic light and turn right onto Hwy 245. This is the Wal-Mart intersection. You will see Wal-Mart on your right. Continue to drive straight, going through one traffic light, then you see the Chevrolet dealership on your right. Turn right just past the dealership onto Kelly Drive. Go to the end of Kelly Drive and turn left onto Withrow Ct. Turn left into the second building (blue trim) on the left.

Directions from South of Bardstown to Jideco of Bardstown
At the Bardstown courthouse square, take 31E North. At the 6th stop light, turn left onto Hwy 245. This is the Wal-Mart intersection. You will see Wal-Mart on your right. Continue to drive straight, going through one traffic light, then you see the Chevrolet dealership on your right. Turn right just past the dealership onto Kelly Drive. Go to the end of Kelly Drive and turn left onto Withrow Ct. Turn left into the second building (blue trim) on the left.
